Blue Abyss
WOW Day - Blue Abyss
We began our Blue Abyss topic with a WOW day! The children began by learning about the oceans of the world and making Top Trump cards.
We then explored the layers of the oceans and the different marine life that inhabits each of the underwater zones. We made art work to show the different layers and where each sea creature lives.
In the afternoon we looked at the patterns and details in a range of seashells and recreated them using clay.
